Standard inspection
1. Standard inspection (i.e. standard quality control)
Inspect the packaging for contraband, check the information about the appearance of the goods: style, quantity, colour, size, model, damage, defects, etc. Provide 1 family portrait + a standard photograph and video recording of the inspection of the family portrait and repackage the goods to the warehouse.
2. Service standards: standard quality control services before goods are sent for storage;
The service includes: checking the size, style, colour and quantity of goods; repackaging goods in their original packaging after completion of the check.
Service times: within 48 hours
Standard verification rules (not 1688 orders):
Standard inspection mainly concerns the style, quantity, colour, size and model of the goods. The inspection rules for all goods in sealed packaging and non-clothing/bags/footwear with sealing labels or sealing tapes consist of inspecting the goods without removing the seal, checking for damaged appearance, and assessing the incorrect arrival of goods based on information about the outer packaging of the goods. All goods are checked for contraband.
Standard inspection rules (1688 orders):
Quantity upon arrival: If the goods are delivered in their original box, Saveebuy will not check the quantity of goods in the box, but will only count the number of boxes according to the packaging specifications (if there are no specifications on the box, the quantity will not be counted).
Sampling service: Saveebuy warehouse will take 5% of the total quantity of each product for inspection (minimum 5 pieces, maximum 20 pieces). If 90% of the samples fail inspection, the entire batch of goods will be deemed defective and the user will be notified.
Standard photo service: Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, Saveebuy will provide you with two photos in accordance with the standard photo service.
Standard verification process:
Check the parcel for contraband, verify information about appearance, such as style, quantity, colour, size, model, damage, defects, etc., and repackage the goods for the warehouse after providing 1 family photo + video of a standard photo inspection of the family photo.
Standard photo: all products in group photo X1 + all products in video X1
Photography requirements: the photograph must include all items, the beginning of the video must capture all items, and the camera must be zoomed in to capture each item.

Parcels involved in international transport are usually divided into two categories in accordance with the tariff rules. One type is charged based on the volume of the parcel, and the other is charged based on the actual weight of the parcel. Compared to calculating the actual weight of a parcel, calculating the volume of heavy parcels under the standard will be more stringent, and it is wise to try to avoid unnecessary loss of space and volume in order to better control the volume of the parcel and ultimately achieve the goal of reducing transport costs.
Packaging standards for heavy parcels:
1. In the box, select the relative size of the appropriate box to neatly place the goods, because the shape of the goods or the fixed volume of the box cannot be changed by force. If there is a gap of 3 cm or less on one side, it can be filled with filler directly to ensure that the goods do not shake during transport, which could cause damage. (If the gap is more than 3 cm, the box must be cut open for processing). The filler is lightweight and does not have a significant impact on the actual weight. The integrity of the box is maintained by filling, which increases the safety of the parcel during transport.
Packaging standards for bulky parcels:
Packaging minimises unnecessary space loss, effectively reducing the final calculated volumetric weight of the parcel.
Box packing: select the relative size of the corresponding box loaded with goods to free up excess space by cutting the box to reduce space loss. (Cutting the box will reduce the strength of the box, preserve volume, and ultimately reduce freight transport).
